PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Clients can schedule cleaning services through our website or customer service line. If the client needs to cancel or reschedule a service, we require 48 advance notice to avoid any cancellation fees. If failed to cancel within the 48 hours there is a $50 cancellation fee.
Pricing and Payment:
payment is due 24hrs before the cleaning day is provided.
"If payment isn't received, cleaning services will be canceled" means that the cleaning service provider, in this case, "Chala's Glowing Creation Cleaning," has the right to cancel any scheduled or ongoing cleaning services if the client fails to make the required payment within the specified timeframe or according to the agreed-upon payment terms.
